Slobodan Hajduković
Before he became Director at AAC, Slobodan Hajduković was Director of Real Estate Department at MK Group responsible for Trading and Asset Management of the complete immovable property portfolio of the Group. Prior to this position, he was Deputy General Manager at Luka Beograd AD and had responsibility for managing Waterfront Real Estate Development Project. He obtained significant international experience of living and working on managerial positions in Europe, Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean and North America. Slobodan Hajduković graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade and passed the State Qualifying Exam before the Ministry of Engineering of the Republic of Serbia and obtained a Certificate of Authorization as a Licensed Engineer. He is a member of the National Association of Valuers of Serbia “NAVS (NUPS)”
Dejana Obradović
Prior to joining AAC, Dejana Obradović worked at Danos & Associates doo, where she held the position of Senior Consultant in Valuation and Investment Advisory Department. Giving the fact that she worked for Erste Group Immorent and Construction Department of Serbia, she is a Manager experienced both in working for the public and private sector as well as for the international company and gained significant experience in Real Estate Project Development, Project Management and Project Financing. Dejana Obradović graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Belgrade in 2001 and holds a Certificate of Authorization as a Licensed Designer issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers.
Slavica Lukić
Slavica Lukić joined Appraisal Associates & Consultants in November 2014 as Real Estate Valuation Consultant, from Danos & Associates doo. She worked in Danos as Real Estate Consultant in Sales Department. She has over 16 years’ experience in real estate, administration, PR and journalism. Mrs. Lukić obtained significant experience at Omnia Communications working as Media Monitoring Manager and Office Manager where she spent 12 years. Prior to this position, she has been working for 4 years as a Journalist at Studio B. She graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Department of Marketing.
